What data we process
Browsing data. During normal operation, the hosting provider’s systems collect certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the internet: IP address, date and time of the request, page visited, browser and operating system. This data is used only to keep the website secure and working properly.
Data you provide. When you write to us through the contact form, by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, we process the data you share: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
Why we process it and on what basis
- To reply to your requests and arrange appointments: processing is necessary to act on your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep the website secure: the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing your data is optional, but without your name, email and message we cannot reply to you.
How and for how long
Data is processed electronically with appropriate security measures. It is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, in any case, for no longer than 12 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. Browsing data is kept for the period set by the hosting provider.
Who may receive it
Your data is never published or sold. It may be processed on the controller’s behalf by the website’s hosting provider and by the email service provider (Google, Gmail service), acting as data processors.
Transfers outside the European Union
The email service may involve processing of data in the United States by Google LLC. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or on standard contractual clauses.
Linked external services
The website contains simple links to WhatsApp, Instagram (Meta Platforms) and Google Maps. It does not embed content or plugins from these services: no data is sent to them unless you choose to open them. Once opened, their own privacy policies apply.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR) by writing to alexveglianti@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
